Notice is given that the Pigeon Village Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing, on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 6:05 pm., or as soon thereafter as may be possible during a regular monthly meeting the same date, in the Municipal Building, 29 S. Main St., Pigeon, Michigan. This Public hearing process is required pursuant to PA 110 of 2006, being the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act. The request relates to Article 5, Section 5.7 of the current Zoning Ordinance.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments on proposed Amendments to Article 5, Section 5.7 of the Village of Pigeon Zoning Ordinances.

Interested persons wishing to view the proposed Amendments may do so at the Municipal Building, 29 South Main St. They are also invited to this meeting. Written comments may be mailed to Village of Pigeon, P.O. Box 379, Pigeon Michigan 48755 prior to this hearing.

This notice is disseminated pursuant to PA 110 of 2006, being the Michigan Zoning Act.
