June Newsletter 2020

Dear Residents,

I hope this finds you and your family doing well during this historic pandemic. Our community has done very well in following the Governor's stay at home orders. Although we are all getting a little restless, we will continue to follow those guidelines until lifted.

Normally this time of year our Recreation Park would be bustling with spring and summer activities, and hopefully soon our facilities will be open again. Our annual Summer Recreation Program for kids had to be cancelled, as well as our Summerfest Festival and parade. Completion of our project from last year on East Michigan Avenue at the corner of North Main and Michigan Avenue to South Frank Street will begin very soon.

Activities at the Pigeon Event Center have been put on hold until restrictions of crowds are lifted. If you have any questions in regard to the guidelines please contact the Village Office at 453-2733. Thanks for your cooperation during this difficult time, and let's hope we are back to some sort of normal soon.
