December Newsletter 2019

Dear Residents,

What a crazy fall from a weather standpoint. 10 inches of snow during leaf season has been challenging. We will continue to pick up leaves the next couple of weeks through December 12th.

Weather has also caused delays on our E. Michigan/S. Frank Street project. Fortunately, the weather has allowed us to lay the base layer of asphalt, with finish layer to be done late spring. Thanks to all residents for your patience during the project.

Please be mindful of not parking on streets during the overnight hours to allow for snow plowing.

On behalf of the entire Pigeon Village Council, Best Wishes for a Joyful Holiday Season.

Michael LePage
Village President

Chamber Residential Light Displays
The Pigeon Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a residential town lighting contest. Displays need to be ready for judging by Dec. 17th. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded

Snow Removal

To make the job of snow removal, go as smoothly as possible, please do not put your trash in the street and if possible, please wait to set your trash out until after the plows have passed. If you have a portable basketball hoop out by the street, please move it back so the plows do not hit them.
